Four Core Modules

From your daily to-dos to project burndown charts, from personal lists to mutual accountability with friends.

✓

Tasks

Write down what needs to be done

Open

Manage Daily, Work, Others, and custom categories. Each category can have its own color, with checklists, subtask progress, and due dates.

  • Three built-in categories — Daily, Work, Others — color-coded so you can tell them apart at a glance
  • Create new categories, change their colors, and control whether friends can view or edit them
  • Set a due date on every task; points make later burndown charts easy
📅

Calendar

See your day's commitments clearly

Open

View the day's in-progress and overdue tasks by date. ⭐ means everything is finished; ✔️ means finished on time.

  • Switch months and read each day at a glance: ⭐ all done / ✔️ on time / a number means tasks remaining
  • Tap any day to see that day's to-dos and filter by category
  • Use it together with the Tasks page — review yesterday, finish today
📁

Projects

Make progress visible on every goal

Open

Group tasks and points under a project, compare the ideal burndown line with what's left, and see each member's completion.

  • Set a project's start and end date and an ideal burndown line is generated automatically
  • Attach tasks to a project and use points to reflect how much each one matters
  • Once members join, see each person's completed and remaining points

Share

Hand your commitments to a friend

Open

Let friends see your to-dos, assign executors, and set supervisors. Each category can be opened for viewing only, or shared for editing.

  • Add a friend's email; once they sign up they can see the categories you share
  • Each task can have an executor and a supervisor, and overdue tasks are highlighted
  • Mark a category as "editable" so a friend can adjust those tasks directly

Why Ticko

Ticko brings scattered to-dos together, so what you "want to do" becomes what you've "done".

  • Custom task types: Daily, Work, and Others are just the start. You decide each category's color, sharing, and edit permissions.
  • Auto-roll for overdue tasks: A daily scheduled job scans overdue to-dos so you don't have to dig through your lists from memory.
  • See project progress: Burndown charts and member points show you exactly where ideal and actual progress diverge.
  • Friend accountability: In shared lists, assign executors and supervisors so commitments turn into visible action.

A good way to start

  1. 1After signing in, open Tasks and write down the 3 things you must finish today, with a clear due time.
  2. 2Use Calendar to review a day's in-progress and overdue items — fill the gap instead of stacking new tasks.
  3. 3Put goals that span more than a week into Projects and watch the burndown chart, not just a single to-do.
  4. 4Invite a friend into Share so you can both see each other's commitments and nudge each other about due dates.
